It was Karen Cline’s love of business and sharing knowledge that led to the start of “Redd Up Marketing.”
Karen’s love of small business was ingrained at an early age. She grew up on her family’s dairy farm in Cecil County, Maryland. Each day she would see her father work long hours to keep the business going. From a young age, she helped with “keeping the books” and dreamed of setting up her own little office in a corner of the barn.

He has spent almost 30 years working for a local international company working in a wide variety of leadership roles.
